 A St. John island vacation will be full of choices for daytime and night time activities. Life on our 5 by 9 mile island usually involves the azure waters of the Caribbean and our lush National Park.

Sailing is just one of the many activities offered on St. John.

 

Our Activities list on St. John looks like the "who's who of being one with nature". Take your choice of a sail, snorkeling, scuba diving, sunbathing, casual to challenging hiking, bird watching and exploring our historic ruins. Check out the petroglyphs and add your opinion to where they came from.

Night time offers a blend of worldwide cuisine and musical diversity from jazz quartets to steel pans. Dress is casual, but on occasion a jacket for the gentlemen.

All rates subject to Virgin Island tax and service fees. A deposit of 50% is necessary to secure a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be refunded only if the home is re-rented for the time cancelled. Any refund is subject to a 10% service fee on the entire rental amount. Because of this strict policy, we urge you to obtain Traveler’s cancellation insurance. Due to the amount of new villa construction on St. John, it is possible that construction may occur near your villa rental. Any construction and the possibility of new construction is outside of our control.
