**Rates on the web reflect a
7 night rental and do not include additional 13% tax
& svc fee. Valid dates of travel are
6/1--11/15/2010 . This special is for new bookings
only, secured with payment between 5/22--6/15/2010.
A deposit of 50% is necessary to secure a
reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to
arrival. For your convenience, GCG accepts payment
by check or visa/mc/discover. Deposits will be
refunded only if the home is re-rented for the time
cancelled. Any refund is subject to a 10% service
fee on the entire rental amount. Because of this
strict policy, we urge you to obtain Travelers
cancellation insurance. Also, due to hurricane
season, insurance is highly recommended for travel
between July and November. Insurance is available
via AAA, various credit card companies, and private
carriers; i.e.. Global 800.779.1017 or CSA
800.348.9505. Due to the amount of new villa
construction on St. John, it is possible that
construction may occur near your villa rental. Any
construction and the possibility of new construction
is outside of our control.
